Glossary / Email deliverability
What is Email deliverability?
Email deliverability is whether your emails actually reach the inbox instead of spam folders. Good content, clean lists, and proper setup keep it healthy.
Sending an email is not the same as delivering it. Mailbox providers judge every sender and decide inbox, spam folder, or nothing. Deliverability is your reputation in that system.
Three things protect it. Send to people who asked to hear from you. Remove addresses that bounce or never open. Set up the technical records, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC, that prove you are who you say.
Warning signs include falling open rates and rising bounces. If they slip, slow down, clean the list, and rebuild trust with your most engaged readers first.
