By accessing or using Creaiter ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Creaiter is an AI-powered content marketing platform that provides content creation, SEO research, email marketing, social media management, and analytics tools. The Service uses third-party AI models and APIs to generate content and insights.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to: generate harmful, illegal, or misleading content; violate intellectual property rights; attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the platform; send unsolicited emails or spam through the Engage module; or exceed reasonable usage limits.

5. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of content you create using the Service. However, AI-generated content may not be eligible for copyright protection in all jurisdictions. You are responsible for reviewing and editing AI-generated content before publication.

6. API Keys & Third-Party Services

The Service may require you to provide API keys for third-party AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, etc.). You are responsible for the costs incurred through your own API keys. Creaiter stores API keys encrypted but cannot guarantee the security of third-party services.

7. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and process data as described therein.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Creaiter is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to: inaccurate AI-generated content, SEO ranking outcomes, email deliverability issues, or data loss.

9. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon deletion, your data will be permanently removed within 30 days in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
