Glossary / Social proof
What is Social proof?
Social proof is evidence that other people already trust you: reviews, testimonials, case studies, logos, and counts you can actually verify.
People look sideways before deciding. Seeing that someone similar already chose you lowers the risk of choosing you. That is why a page of real reviews often converts better than another paragraph of your own claims.
Specific beats glowing. A named customer describing what changed carries more weight than five anonymous five-star lines. A photo and a job title help. A number you can back up helps more.
Never invent it. Fake reviews, made-up counts, and logos of companies that are not customers are illegal in many markets and obvious to anyone who checks. If you just launched, say so. Honest and small beats impressive and false.
In Creaiter
Creaiter drafts case studies and customer stories in your voice from the details you supply, so the proof stays true to what happened.
