What is Newsletter?
A newsletter is a recurring email you send to people who asked to hear from you. It is the one audience channel you actually own.
Social platforms decide who sees your posts. Your email list does not work that way. If someone subscribed, the message reaches their inbox, which is why the list matters more than the follower count.
A rhythm people can predict beats sheer volume. Weekly or monthly, the same shape each time, with something useful in it. If every issue is a sales pitch, people unsubscribe or quietly stop opening, and the quiet version is worse.
Read opens, clicks, replies, and unsubscribes together. A high open rate with no clicks means the subject line worked and the content did not.
