What is Influencer marketing?

Influencer marketing is paying or partnering with someone who already has your audience's attention, so their recommendation carries you.

You are renting trust, not just reach. A creator whose audience listens can do more for a small brand than an expensive placement, because the recommendation comes from someone the audience chose to follow.

Fit beats size. A creator with a few thousand engaged followers in your niche usually outperforms a large general account. Read the comments, not the follower count, to judge whether the audience is real.

Disclose the relationship. Paid partnerships have to be labeled in most markets, and audiences spot an undisclosed ad quickly. Agree upfront on deliverables, usage rights, and how you will measure it.
