Glossary / Content calendar

What is Content calendar?

A content calendar is a schedule of what you will publish, where, and when. It replaces last-minute scrambling with a plan you can actually keep.

A content calendar answers three questions in advance: what are we publishing, on which channel, and on what date. It can be a spreadsheet, a whiteboard, or a tool. The format matters less than the habit.

Plan around themes, not random posts. A month about spring lawn prep, then a month about irrigation, builds authority. Scattered one-off posts do not add up to anything.

Leave slack in the schedule. A calendar packed to 100 percent breaks the first time a real opportunity or a busy week shows up.
